Currently Studying CertIV - Accounting & Bookkeeping

Good afternoon,

 

As per the subject heading, I am currently completing a CertIV - Accounting & Bookkeeping, and one of the assessment requires that I reach out to MYOB support or post on a MYOB forum with a question related to the implementation of MYOB.  If anyone to could take a moment to answer my question, it would be much appreciated.

 

Does MYOB support the Brave web browser?  The list I found https://help.myob.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=47581581 implies it would not be, but I was wondering if that list was up to date, as another list I found at https://www.myob.com/au/support/accountright/system-requirements does not mention Safari and Edge are compatible, but I believe that they are.

    Hi AdrianHarris 

    Thank you so much for your post and Welcome to the Community Forum! MYOB Essentials or MYOB AccountRight (Cloud ) is a browser-based product that does work on multiple browsers. While we do recommend the use of Google Chrome as it is the most stable and can contain the fewer display errors that we have come across, other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox will work just not recommended.

     

    If you do have an enquiry relating to the use of Google Chrome I would recommend contacting the browser's help.
