Historical sales

Hi ,

 

How could i check entry already made for historical sale?

If you haven't entered any new Sales, you can easily check the Pre-conversion sales by going to: Setup > Easy Setup Assistance > Sales > Historical Sales

 

The memo defaults to: Pre-conversion sale to identify it easier.

 

If you have made a few sales and can't find them easily, typically Historical Sales in AccountRight are created as positive and negative amounts against the Trade Debtors account.

 

What you could do is open Find Transactions, set it to your Trade Debtors account and set the dates to before your Conversion Month to pick up any Historical Sales listed.

 

For example:

(You can find the Conversion Month by going to: Setup > Company Information)
