MYOB Business: Something went wrong [Multiple Files]
Hi Community Is anyone else running into this? I usually work on up to 10 entities at once, but since yesterday I keep getting the “Something went wrong” window whenever I try to have more than two businesses open. I had payroll yesterday for over 100 staff spread across six entities which are part of the same company, and it took me three times as long because I had to process them one by one. Usually, I process all entities at the same time. I've already done the usual self-checks. Clear cache, try a different browser, etc. But it's happening on different computers, so I know it's not me. Has MYOB quietly put a limit in place on how many businesses you can have open at once? Maybe some kind of cap on concurrent sessions or server actions to save on hosting/licensing costs? If that’s the case, did I miss an announcement about it? Would be good to know if this is a new restriction or just a glitch. Hi, is someone from MYOB able to assist? My client has in excess of 73 employees. They are receiving the above error message when attempting to submit this week's payrun to the ATO via Single Touch Payroll using MYOB Business Pro. What is the best way for me to submit a support request for MYOB to have a look at this?1.1KViews0likes10Comments
