It opens up normally and I type in the login....email address it then takes ages and then goes back to select company file...then I go through the sign in and again it takes ages before bringing up the password page which is totally different....it is only doing this on my PC not happening on my laptop at home. I have attached a picture of the password page. it then takes ages to physically sign in....what is happening and how do I fix it? It is only happening on my desktop at my work place not on my laptop so think it is a conflict issue but not sure why it has just started happening. Will try MOCA and / or Support. Customers bank account showed an inflated exchange rate but when it was processed it went back to what it should have been. Customer surcharge on online invoice payment My customer overseas has contacted me saying they have been charged an extra $18.41NZ for their order. They paid through the invoice and had calculated the amount but their bank has a pending charge for this much extra for the MYOB invoice payment. I was not aware of a surcharge on the customers for using the online invoices. Can someone help me with this or is it just the way it is? We do not charge our customers the credit card surcharge and it is not showing on my end yet.
