MYOB Windows change to "Cascade" when I start MYOB every morning even though preferences are set to save window location. In "Cascade" you can't access the Menu Buttons (File, Edit List Etc....) which is needed while in invoices or going back and forth. So every morning I have to go to preferences -> Windows -> uncheck "save window locations and size" (Pic 3) close MYOB, restart MYOB go back into preferences and recheck "save window locations and size" Sometimes multiple times for this to actually save. Whinge over, have a lovely day. How I have it saved Preferences Screen Re: Exporting Customer Card Files Hi Mike_James Thanks for the response. I don't currently have an excel subscription, I am using Google sheets. Is there an add on for Google Sheets? I should be able to export Customer Contacts (name, phone & email) repeatedly directly from this software without any 3rd party software or help. This is basic simple functionality. The ability for the MYOB to do this is there (Export Assistant) It just needs to be extended to actual reports..... Re: Exporting Customer Card Files I have also found this for a daily export of "Orders" which is getting closer to what I need. But once again Customization is lacking - I can't add Phone or Email to the list. Note: Email on the list is a "Custom Field" renamed to email as a work around. Exporting Customer Card Files I know of 3 ways to export Customer Card files and all either don't work, don't have the correct data, crash or I can't save the report for future use. I only need to export, Customer Name, Phone & Email and I need to save this report for repeatable uses. Can anyone give me an idea on this? MYOB Export Assistant Has all the functionality I want to select the correct files, but I can't save this as a repeatable report. This also creates 2 fields for the Customer name ( Fist Name & Surname), not ideal, but I can work around in google sheets. Card Report This usually crashes when I try to export a Customer Contact List. Limited Customization - Not enough fields to insert. Why isn't email available here or other information? If it doesn't crash I can't add email address to this export, which makes it useless for the report I need. Work around is to create a custom field and add email to this custom field, but I am trying to reduce data input not double it. The Web Version of MYOB has no customization and can only export to PDF or Excel?? Why is there know export to CSV Function? If these customization can be added to future updates please do so. Thank you Re: Can't Login Hang/Freeze Hi Lynch I don't bother ringing MYOB Customer Support,I don't have 2 -3 hrs a day to sit on hold. I try my best to muddle through. I can log into my account, it takes 10-15mins before it gets to the garbled screen which accepts my login. I am praying my data file is not getting corrupted. I do my payroll normally, wait for MYOB to bug out then log into the Web version to process STP. Its a work around that I shouldn't have to do. Please let me know the correct question to ask it to fix this issue? I don't have 4 hours to wait on hold to actually talk to a human, who then probably can't fix the issue anyway. Can't Login Hang/Freeze Hello MYOB Team & Community For the last 2 weeks it has been a struggle to log into MYOB. MYOB hangs/freeze on the enter your email then times out to return to the click on your Company File page. Some times it makes it to the password screen, sometimes it comes up with a garbled log in screen which you can then enter your password and it logs you in Any ideas how to solve this? any ideas Re: login bug I have this same issues. Happen around the March Update and it is a pain to login every day!
