Smart Invoice Reminders helps you get paid on time, without the awkward chase.
Can we please dispense with this reminder, its pointless. I turned ON the reminders, just to see if the banner would would finally disappear - but NO. So why have a banner that keeps popping back (despite being told to CLOSE) to "learn more" about a feature that was actually on and being used ? This is wild. I appreciate the prompts to learn about features, but if i tell it to close, then its evident i have seen it and dismissed it and want to get on with my day, not be nagged to learn more15Views0likes1CommentGet rid of annoying banners
Can we please dispense with the "smart invoices" banner that pops up on the screen EVERY time you go into the invoices screen. Regardless of choosing to close it, it comes straight back as soon as you are back in the screen again. Don't hold yr breath There are user posts from 13 hours ago noting the same error with zero response. Thanks for the reply. Only 1 user on invoicing. Issue has happened over multiple occurrences - for example do 6 or 10 invoices on a particular day and log off. The new option for separate sales numbers for Quote/ sales order / invoice has glitches The invoice numbering that is meant to update by 1 each new invoice stops updating intermittently. I have experimented with this for several days and tried different number formats etc, re saving etc. It will work fine for a day and then next day it wont self update again and you need to go into sales settings and update the base number and save. Will work again for a few invoices or the day before failing again. We availed ourselves of the new feature in order to have specific quote numbers self generating. (the default tries to use invoice numbers as quote numbers) As we don't have time to do your development work for you, we will have to turn the feature off and go back to manually entering quote numbers in order to have invoice numbers work properly.Solved
