Issue has happened over multiple occurrences - for example do 6 or 10 invoices on a particular day and log off. Next day you will have to manually change the invoice number otherwise its stuck on the last number from the day before. New Sales Numbering Feature Not Working The new option for separate sales numbers for Quote/ sales order / invoice has glitches The invoice numbering that is meant to update by 1 each new invoice stops updating intermittently. I have experimented with this for several days and tried different number formats etc, re saving etc. It will work fine for a day and then next day it wont self update again and you need to go into sales settings and update the base number and save. Will work again for a few invoices or the day before failing again. We availed ourselves of the new feature in order to have specific quote numbers self generating. (the default tries to use invoice numbers as quote numbers) As we don't have time to do your development work for you, we will have to turn the feature off and go back to manually entering quote numbers in order to have invoice numbers work properly. Solved2FA deleting working in progress On many occasions now, the 2FA requirement kicks in randomly and wants an authorisation code. Trouble is that you lose whatever work you may be in the middle of. On 1 occasion it reverted back with the current partially completed invoice still intact (which I believe would be how its meant to work) All other occasions the work is lost - please look into it Re: No option to print or download pdf for a quote Welcome to my world. Invoice format / new look community page In my humble opinion, ever since the new look community page has come about there appears to be minimal official responses, solutions or replies to people's gripes Usually you could expect some sort of generic response or acknowledgment that somebody is paying attention. Now people's posts are getting lost in the clutter OR others specifically have to go and look in depth for that specific type of gripe. Only the simple issues seem to get official attention. Why have the invoice buttons been shifted ? Why do I have third party advertising in my invoices (invoice funding) ? Why do you waste time dumb little tweaks that apparently improve our experience - when you cant even get the basics right. Why don't you seem to listen to feedback anymore ? The quote format has remained unchanged - buttons still at the bottom. So what was the actual point of the change ? I DON'T WANT INVOICE FUNDING ADVERTS AND BUTTONS AND BANNERS. Yes I am yelling. If you're going to have adverts embedded - Where can I get the "free version of MYOB ?
