The only thing I can do so that this does not occur is to 1: change my reports & forms preferences to daily ageing periods prior to issuing customer statements. Issue the statements, then change the preferences back to monthly ageing periods. Hope that helps Re: 2FA email delays Hi Mike, Unfortunately no. He does not have an email address, but even if he did - it would be through bigpond so would not resolve this particular issue of delays. He just uses it as a platform to calculate the pays. I actually enter them when I come through the following week. Re: 2FA email delays So the only thing I have found that helped (as I was ready to walk away last week) - I ended up phoning MYOB because trying to get help via MOCA was for me, a waste of time and added to my frustration. It was a comment that I read from robs1 re Telstra bigpond that made me take this further. The guy I spoke to from MYOB was very helpful.....my frustration lies in the fact that it could have been solved within 5 mins if I had been able to access him first up. There is some communication problem between MYOB and Telstra, and so emails are being delayed to a point where they become useless. I ended up having to change to an SMS code sent to my phone - not an ideal solution as I am not in on a day that MYOB is accessed by someone else. I was desperate though so changed to this. It means I have to be available on my day off to allow them access to MYOB. The SMS code has been quick and efficient, but it would be good if we had been made aware of the Bigpond issue instead of flailing around in the dark getting more and more upset. How about a flashing message across their community page for issues that affect multiple users?? I find their online assistant to be very unhelpful. It just sends me around in circles. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I have no more issues, but not holding my breath. It's the going around in circles that does my head in. Trying to get information out of MOCA .........is well, a waste of time. I have always found anyone I spoke to directly very helpful....and so much quicker. It seems to be the only thing that helps. Re: 2FA email delays I have just spent 1 1/2hrs trying to get into my myob with 2FA code delays. I actually received 10 codes, 9 of which didn't work because of delays in receiving them (20 mins in some cases). By this time, I had asked for a resend - when it came through, it was the previous code and had expired. To try and establish and alternative, guess what you have to do? Sign in.....which I couldn't because of the delays! Tried support but just kept getting sent in circles. So frustrating. No problems yesterday...today, ....a nightmare. The problem being that if we change the ageing from month to daily then our reports don't reflect the month name right? I mean, I had a customer telling me that nothing was "overdue" even though he would have been aware that an Invoice issued in January would definitely be due before the end of March. I did a statement dated the 3rd of the month i.e @ 03/04/2024 instead of @ 31/03/2024 under Monthly ageing and it does show the January Invoices now overdue.....but not the Feb ones! Even though the due date on the Invoice terms reads due 30/03/2024. If my "Aged Receivables - outstanding Invoice analysis" on the customer shows the Invoices as being overdue Why doesn't the statement? I did check the due date of the Invoices invloved and they read correctly. That is they show as overdue everywhere except the statement. Did you have any luck resolving your issue? Regards, Cushla
