Annual leave accrual while on annual leave
Hello there, A staff member has just noticed that. In a fortnight, she worked 30.4hrs + 7.6 sick leave + 38hrs of annual leave. I understand annual leaves are accumulated while she has taken annual leave and sick leave, just wondering if the hours will be different if she worked full time in the fortnight. As based on the payslip, it has only accrued 2.34hrs of annual leave and 4.42 sick leave. Not sure if I need to check some settings in MYOB.
