Annual leave accrual while on annual leave

Hello there,

 

A staff member has just noticed that.  In a fortnight, she worked 30.4hrs + 7.6 sick leave + 38hrs of annual leave.  

 

I understand annual leaves are accumulated while she has taken annual leave and sick leave, just wondering if the hours will be different if she worked full time in the fortnight.  As based on the payslip, it has only accrued 2.34hrs of annual leave and 4.42 sick leave.

 

Not sure if I need to check some settings in MYOB.

 

Appreciated if someone can please provide some advise

    Hey VivienA,

     

    You can check the settings of the entitlement to see if the Calculation basis is correct. The accumulated hours for each entitlement depend on how it was set up, especially the calculation basis and the percentage set. This should help ensure that the entitlements are calculated accurately. In addition, here's a link that you can check for more information.
