Changing subscription to read only
Hello there - the company I work for has used AccountRight since 2008. Last year we introduced a new accounting system but have maintained access to our 4 AccountRight live files through the transition. We are now at the point we only need read access to 3 of the 4 files, what option are available to me to have read access to only to files and not pay the full AccountRight live sub fees? HI Tracey - thanks for your email. I've contacted the ATO and advised them that the W fields aren't being populated in our BAS. From their end they can see the W fields and have suggested this is an MYOB issue not and ATO issue. Hi there I have a medium sized entity that was set up in FY22 and BAS were reported through it. From 01/07 employee are now hired in the entity / salaries are paid / STP reports are lodged - however there isn't an option to report the PAYG Withholding in the Online BAS - how do I resolve this issue? Hi there, For years we have processed payroll fortnightly based on timesheet hours. I would like to move to monthly payroll using the Standard Pay tab for permanent employees. Is there a way I can just record leave taken in timesheets and have them incorporated into payroll when processing payroll or do I need to manually add in all leave taken? Hi there I'm just setting up our file to lodge our BAS online. I selected that our annual t/o is more then $10m but when I'm taken to the BAS form is says "You're registered to lodge a Simpler BAS. You don't need to report.... Where is this information coming from - the ATO or MYOB? Hi there - we would like one of our directors to receive an email every time bank details are added/changed on MYOB cards. Currently I'm the online administrator and I receive these emails.
