Changing subscription to read only

Hello there - the company I work for has used AccountRight since 2008. Last year we introduced a new accounting system but have maintained access to our 4 AccountRight live files through the transition. We are now at the point we only need read access to 3 of the 4 files, what option are available to me to have read access to only to files and not pay the full AccountRight live sub fees?
