Entitlement Balance differs to Employee Payslip
I have had an employee leave and I paid out their Annual Leave accrual from the Entitlement Balance Report. They have now come back to me and queried their entitlement payout as the hours paid out differs from what was appearing on their payslip. I have reprinted the Entitlement Balance (Detail) report and the Payroll Advice for the whole of the financial year and they differ. I have a copy of the Payroll Advices from when I actually processed the pays and they are the same as the Entitlement Balance report. I haven't made any adjustments to this employees accruals. I have followed the instructions from the link and everything is set up correctly. As stated I was able to approve all but 1 of the 5 timesheets logged for the employee. I again logged out of both MYOB Teams and MYOB and tried to approve the 1 timesheet that I cannot approve. I have an employee that is having issues with their MYOB Teams App. When they submit their timesheets it does not show their history and therefore they do not know whether or not their timesheet has been submitted. As the employer we can see the submitted timesheets. As they cannot confirm whether the timesheets have been submitted we are having trouble with timesheets being submitted more that once. I am having trouble approving a timesheet for an employee. It is only one out of the 5 logged. I have successfully approved 4 others for this employee Timesheet approval failed. Unable to approve timesheets for ************. I have logged out and back in to MYOB and MYOB Teams. I have deleted timesheets and reentered them and am still getting the error. I am wondering if you can add a note to commisions paid on employees payslip. I have a couple of employees that are now being paid a monthly commission depending on how a certain store performs and I am wanting to add a note on their payslip so they know how their store performed and how the commision paid relates to the store ranking.
