None of our employees have been able to get into MYOB Teams App either. We are also receiving the message 'A problem occurred attempting to load MYOB Team. Please try again later'. We have tried to reinstall the app and to reset passwords but nothing is working. Hello How do you set up Annual Leave Loading Pay Item so it is not included in the total hours or annual leave accural. At the moment it is adding up in the total hours for annual leave accural meaning the employee is accruing to many hours. Total hours for accural should be 79.25 - 63.25 (Base Hourly) & 16 (Annual Leave) however it is working it out on 79.25+16 (Annual Leave Loading), this employee should only be accruing 6.019 hrs not 7.327 hrs and 3.048 personal leave not 3.663 Thanks for any assistanceSolved475Views0likes2Comments
