Thank you, and welcome to the community forum!
I see that you are having an issue with MYOB team, may I know if you are getting an error message? Is it the MYOB team app or the MYOB team admin portal? From time to time, mobile apps can play up. The first thing to try is uninstalling and reinstalling the app, If it's in the MYOB admin team portal, you may try to refresh your browser and clear the cache and cookies.
If you are getting an error message, please post a screenshot so that we can further investigate the issue.
