An unrecognised error occurred - NZPayroll_ModelBindingError
Hi I went into the leave tab for an employee who is on a fixed term contract as an intern and went into holiday pay and ticked the box to include it in each pay and it came up with the above error. We want to pay our interns out the holiday pay as they are only working over the summer. I can't go back and change the work type to casual now either to get it to automatically pay out the holiday pay. Can you please let me know how I can make this change without this error occuring or do I have to delete the employee somehow and set them up again? When doing payruns in MYOB Essential for salary staff, when they had a leave type taken you had to change the base salary quantity to get back to the gross monthly amount they should get paid each month. In the new upgraded version it only lets you add the quantity to two decimal places. This now means that your are either over or under paying each employee each month as you can't change it to get it to the exact monthly amount they should get paid. If a company had a lot of employees this "rounding" error could be quite a large amount overall. The total box is unable to be edited either so you can't directly amend that either. Is it possible to increase the number of decimal places in the quantity fields? Thanks211Views0likes1CommentRe: Re activated User
Thanks Princess,_R. This is what I have tried and then I invited them to get access to the company file. Then when they log in the company file does not appear. If I go into my.myob they do not appear on the list as having accepted the invitation and if I go to invite them again it says they have already been invited. I can't create them as a new user as they have the same email address that they had before when they worked for us. How can I get them access? Thanks452Views0likes3Comments
