I had three pdf's - I opened and none were password protected. Entered them as bills to clear them out. The next forwarded invoice went in. I have not had any more come in to email since so I cant say if the processes is working I am annoyed at suggestions to "check forwarding and rules" as these are ones that were working fine. Why my outlook rules would suddenly change to stop emails is a mystery to me. It is more likely to be an issue at MYOB in-tray than a non existent change in rules or forwarding. Appears to be a myob in tray email system error where forwarded emails are not accepted or moved to the in tray Once assumes because of filters or incorrect setup. Warning boxes stay on screen for previous forms. Warning boxes Is it possible for your programmers to learn how to link/attach warning boxes to the form/control which generated the warning ? It is annoying to have a warning box for the previous form/control staying on screen after you move to the next form. Pretty basic.. Re: Why Why are you getting rid of the simple capture I am afraid this doesn't SEEM like a step backwards, it IS a step backwards from functionality and accessibility. The simple process of sending an invoice to myob using a shared user with little or no rights doesn't need MFA and separate logins. The only reason for this is the change to a new app that has a lot more more features - which are not needed for 99% of our people. While this amazing new app is free now - I doubt it will remain free. I have just received notice that the subscriptions are going up AGAIN apparently to enable MYOB to develop these rather annoying and limiting changes. Please ignore any of my posts as I have nicely asked you to do. Why Why are you getting rid of the simple capture The capture was simple. Employees out buying stuff captured the invoice / receipt. We had multiple people out doing this. We didn't require MFA OR multiple login's because it was a simple capture utility. Now you have announced this assist rubbish will have to be used for capture with MFA and no shared accounts. Thanks a lot.. DONT change the capture utility We have one login for the capture utility which is just used for people to capture receipts. It is not the keys to the bank, accounts or anything else. Just used to capture pictures of receipts for the intray Now you want to move it to MFA, no single user etc What is the issue - cant your programmers limit the access via the app?? This is a retrograde step
