We have one login for the capture utility which is just used for people to capture receipts.
It is not the keys to the bank, accounts or anything else.
Just used to capture pictures of receipts for the intray
Now you want to move it to MFA, no single user etc
What is the issue - cant your programmers limit the access via the app??

You can now let team members upload receipts without full user access in the MYOB Assist app. Use the Contacts role to keep reports and sensitive data protected. To get amongst this new feature, make sure your app is updated then head to our website for a full overview of the roles and what each can do: Manage users.
Which STILL requires MFA etc.
Here is an idea - make a user class that isn't able to access ANYTHING except send in invoice/etc via the app.
Call it uploader
No MFA required as that is ALL they can do.
