Sales role access
I gave 'Sales' access to a client's employee on MYOB Business. She click on Sales > Invoices to see and filter invoices etc. However when she click on the invoice number to view the invoice, the invoice details screen would appear for a split second then the message 'You don't have permission to access this page'. Personally I think MYOB should update its product in line with the ATO. That is, there are no longer three different outcomes for student loans, ie. FS, HELP, or FS + HELP. The employee only answers YES or NO for question #10 on the TFN Declaration form so the MYOB software should be bought in-line with this to avoid confusion.1.6KViews5likes0Comments
