I am unsure how to restore the backup file (we do not have a current subscription for this co. file & I do not know what version it was using) Are you able to help? Cheers Access a closed company file Hi I need to access a MYOB company file for a business that closed 5 years ago. We have a current (online) subscription for another business, but I need to access reports from the closed business file. I do not know what version was being used at the time & we are no longer paying a subscription for the old business. Please help. Thanks :) SolvedRe: 10.5% superannuation not calculating correctly for junior employees who are entitled to be paidThanks for your help so far Lisa, it is very appreciated :) Hopefully Tracey_H or another moderator can help me resolve this issue...Re: 10.5% superannuation not calculating correctly for junior employees who are entitled to be paid Yes! You are right. Why would MYOB be doing that? Is there anyway to stop it? Also, their advice when processing a junior (fortnightly) [if only to pay one week of entitled super] is to enter in the hours for one week in to get the super amount & write down that amount, then enter the full fortnight's hours and change the super amount manually. This will not work when MYOB is calculating hours from previous pay periods. Hope you can help! Re: 10.5% superannuation not calculating correctly for junior employees who are entitled to be paid Hi. I have attached a screenshot of the superannuation guarantee setup. Thanks 10.5% superannuation not calculating correctly for junior employees who are entitled to be paid Hi. I have JUNIOR employees who have worked over 30 hours in a single week. The 10.5% superannuation is calculating incorrectly for these juniors and this is occuring over multiple company files. All company files have 'minimum required rate 10.5%' selected and senior employees superannuation is calculating correctly. I have attached a file showing the superannuation calculated on Junior employee's payroll, you can see it is calculating the super at a higher rate. Can you please explain how this can be fixed, without having to manually calculate the super every time? Thanks Superannuation for staff under 18 years from July 2022 We have staff under 18 years that will still be subject to the superannuation $450 / month threshold after 1.7.22. Is there a way to have a 2nd Super Guarantee category set up just for them, that can still have the $450 threshold applied from July onwards? I need all of the contributions to show on monthly (accrual by fund summary) reports too. What is the best way to set it up so the super amounts are calculated correctly for all junior & senior staff and that does not have to manually worked out? Thanks
