Auto Build inventory - we rent out
Good morning We build an inventory item and then we have an actual cost of the new item. But we rent the item out over a fixed term of 6 to 12 months, I don't want the full cost of the Built Item to go against the rental income (it would always show negative) - how/what do I do to more or less amortise the cost over the rental period? Can someone please advise how I can perform a backpay and still maintain the original termination date of the employee after reinstating to do the backpay? This is due to the matter going to arbitration and we need to have the original termination date to stop any confusionSuperannuation not calculating on two wage categories
I have two employees who have moved from Casual to Permanent. One works in the Kitchen and the Other on the Grounds I have set up a payroll category for each of them - Base Hourly-Grounds and Base Hourly-Kitchen I have made sure that the Base Hourly-Grounds is NOT exempt from the Grounds Superannuation and made sure the Base Hour-Kitchen is NOT exempt from the Kitchen Superannuation BUT super is still not calculating each week See attached screenshots for how they have been setup
