EMPLOYEE'S YTD GROSS FIGURES NOT BALANCING STP

Can you please tell me why employee's who have been terminated with Unused Leave not balancing and Employee's with Overtime are also not balancing - I would like to finalise STP and am unsure if I can

Overtime has been set to the overtime category in STP 2 and the Unused Annual Leave has been coded to Gross Payments

How do I fix this so I can finalise?

  • Please allocate unused leave ATO category to 'unused leave on termination' run an update event in STP centre under STP reports and recheck.

    Can you please check the payroll register report and payroll activity report if they match? If yes, please send an update event to correct the amount on the YTD verification report. 

     

    To send an update event go to Payroll >> Payroll reporting center >> select the green button send an update event.
