I have created a new user access, but I have noticed that a silouette shape of a person with a quotation marker is now appearing next the their name in Manage Users window - can anybody explain to me what this means as no other person including administrator has this and the user is being removed from areas of assess everytime they log in?34Views0likes2CommentsSTP Report
I use the desktop software opposed to the website software... Everytime I process our weekly Payroll the system moves me over to the Website software to obtain a downloadable copy of the STP Reporting, the problem is I have to log in with an Authentication code all over again every week even after I have ticked the box to accept for the next 30 days - both systems should be aligned to save the continued requested for Authenitcation Codes, is this possible?202Views0likes2CommentsTax free threshold + STSL
When the Tax Table 'Tax Free Threshold + STSL' is selected on a new Employees card, will AccountRight automatically input the correct amount that applied or do we need to apply the additional STSL amount manually? I have preliminarly done a new employees wages for the week but it only looks like AccountRight is bring the Tax Free Threshold amount through and nothing else... Just an add-on to this thread... If you are signing in with another email, you will need to re-register with the ATO for the Payroll Reporting [Got it] - so would you gain access to all of past lodgements once this process has been completed that have been send via another email/login that was registered?490Views0likes0Comments
