Adding new user
I'm trying to add a new user. I get the message "You don't have permission to invite a user to use MYOB. Please ensure you are an admin/owner of the subscription. Contact your administrator if you think this is a mistake." I am the owner/administrator and I appear to be assigned those roles. Hi Shella_A, Thankyou for your response but which parts of a screenshot of my customer statements summary and a pdf of an actual customer statement would not be important and personal infomration? I have a customer whose statement amount is showing an incorrect amount when on the screen in the 'statements' window, but when I print the pdf, and when they receive the statement the amount is correct. Is this a glitch with MYOB?277Views0likes4Comments
