You can close this post so will check next week regards Robert Pay item total not updating On doing the weekly payrun this morning, when I changed the default ordinary hrs on a particular employee the total stayed as the default amount and did not change. I noticed this only because the net was different to last week with exactly the same hrs ,so was very lucky to pick up before updating and paying. Also it took an unusual time to complete the edit compared to previous pay runs. I think MYOB should look into urgently as this has never happened previously Thankyou for responding asap and hopefully not happening to other users? SolvedPaying Employees Electronically Hi I think I may have used the wrong account setup for paying employees electronically Today I processed the employee payments using electronic payments systems via ABA download however I entered the bank account details on the main cheque account.There were no error messages but have noticed the accounting entry for the cheque account is part processed ie no entry has been created in the electronic clearing account but only in the cheque account. Should I have entered the bank acc details (BSB etc) in the Electronic Clearing Acc instead and can I assume the employees will get paid using the ABA download completed? Thankyou
