Sounds like that NAB bank feed is being a bit of a pain. I’ve had a look on our side, and there’s no known issue showing for NAB feeds at the moment.
Because of that, it’s likely something specific to your file or bank feed setup, so the best next step is to get in touch with our support team. You can:
- Lodge a support ticket through the My Account window, or
- Chat with our team live via MOCA, our virtual assistant, and they can connect you through.

Same with ANZ - no feeds since 23/1/26
I think its a system wide issue with all banks or MYOB?
Please save our precious time and look into it instead of getting users to do the hard work, this would be helpful..many thanks
