Any Invoices you now record will no longer have use online option. (unless a customer invoice had been entered while this option was activated) Note: Any Invoices that have Entered/recorded prior to turning off the online payments will always use online options Note: You have to change Online Payment option on your invoice before you are sending. Once you untick the online option it will save that option to that customer card for all future invoices Hope this helps and makes sense. Not sure if you got the visual right? My issue currently Regarding the dynamic tiles on the command Centre that are not updating properly. I have used the refresh button on the command Centre to update. The In Tray states it has 21 documents. Two days of not being to email Invoices is not acceptable Just cancel the verification process. So I can do my job!! New Verification for online payments Is anyone else experiencing not able to email invoices as the du to the new verification for online payments On Wednesday the 19th March I was no longer able to email invoices. Got the warning message that you need to complete Business verification to email invoices. I sent the relevant information to MYOB I have had no communication from them. It is now Friday the 21st March and I still can not send Invoices via Email. This is now impacting business, I wish to cancel the verification as I no longer want to continue with this progress. As it is in the verification process I do not have the option to cancel Get very frustrated with MYOB impacting our business Timesheets Templates In MYOB AccountRight when doing time sheets there is an option to "copy form previous timesheet" submitted. We are a company that have many jobs on go so it is very useful and is time saving with multiple employees. All the hours from the previous week are auto populated into the timesheet and you can make manual changes or just record. When I am working away from the office and I have to use the MYOB Business Web base when using timesheet this "copy from previous timesheet is not available so you have to manually reenter in the whole timesheet for each employee which just make the payroll process longer thank you
