Hi benesp , If you use a 3rd party app like Service M8 (we do) then setting the default surcharge to "on" won't work anyway. The default "on" only works when the invoice is CREATED in MYOB, my understanding is that if the invoice is coming from a 3rd party, then the default won't work and you have to tick it every time. We are having this issue with Service M8 - none of our invoices have been able to get through to MYOB. SM8 have confirmed that is an MYOB API issue. We approve the invoice in SM8 and we have had the spinning wheel of death for 2 days. What has happened to cause this and how can it be fixed asap please?Solved
