Half of the issue was that I was unable to open the live file and the online MYOB was still not processing, but it worked this morning and I was able to finalise payroll. Re: Unable to process pays Hello Doreen, The problem occurs at step 3 - process payments. I checked the timesheets and started a new pay run, checked all the payslips and proceeded to step 3. I get a prompt to process the 10 payslips, it flashes the screens and then on the 3rd window it just says $0.00 and the pay items are no where to be found. When I go back, the pay run starts from scratch and all the timesheets are still there to be processed. Re: Unable to process pays Hi Doreen, Thank you but it hasn't fixed it. I started the payroll from scratch and the same thing happened with the $0.00 pays. Our MYOB was recently reactivated after a back-up gone wrong. Could that be the issue? Unable to process pays I am unable to complete payroll as when processed, the payments are $0.00. I've tried the online version but it's saying check the information entered and not showing any errors. I have also tried to re-enter the information and process again but still have the same error.
