When I check the STP reporting centre it is showing as "accepted" but an amount of $0. So MYOB shows the transaction correctly but its the ATO report that is incorrect. I tried to run it again but the same thing has happened. Obviously I can't do end-of-year finalisation until this is sorted. Can anyone help me? Re: Multiple shipping addresses for one customer It's frustrating that this was requested when the browser version first launched and still hasn't been addressed. Makes you wonder about whether your software designers have any experience in the real world and how small to medium businesses actually operate!! Customers with Different Shipping Addresses On the browser version we need a way to add a shipping address to the invoice. It's not practical to do it by the current method. For example, in the building and construction trade, when we supply and install to a new home build we need to refer to that site address when we invoice the Builder. It's usually a "one off" transaction so the shipping address will change every time we do work for the Builder. This has been requested since the browser version was launched and still has not been fixed yet AR lets you do it. So if you are wondering why people won't move their business to the browser version, it's things like this that are frustrating and time consuming and make using the browser version pointless. Email preferences no longer working I recently changed our emailing preferences to show our trading name instead of our company/trust details as this is the name that our customers know us as. Worked for a week or two but has now defaulted back to the company name. When I look at Setup/Preferences/Emailing it shows the changes I made but on the emails that are going out it's showing the company/trust details. I've attached 2 screen shots to show the issue... Shipping Address vs Postal Address We have a large number of customers who have multiple shipping locations (eg different building sites). In the desktop version we can manually enter the shipping address for a particular invoice when the information is being entered for the invoice. In the browser version we don't seem to have this option. How do we (1) enter the shipping address and (2) get the shipping address to appear on the invoice?
