Hi to my fellow BAS Agents and Bookkeepers, For all MYOB AccountRight Users (complimentary HELP resource) Although I am well into the final stages of planning my retirement (just in my last six months of being an MYOB Certified Consultant), so as you can guess my mission was not to look for any more work. However, a new bookkeeper that was looking for some help and guidance happen to find me. This issue popped up a few weeks ago but seemily fixed itself at the time. It's occuring again and seems worse then before. When trying to send out remittance advices (from paid bills) MYOB is going into a "not responding" error and crashing. Sometimes you can go in and try again and it will send and other times it just continues to crash. It occurs whether you send one or multiple emails. I have read and tried a few other solutions suggested on the community forum however none seem to solve the problem for me. I will list below: - Sending only one at a time - Ensuring default/card 1 email is the same as the remittance email - Deleting the email from the card and resaving Additionally I tried going in and resaving the form in case it was an error with that. None of these have solved the issue. If anyone has any advice or things that they have tried when this occured for them it would be greatly apprecited. Good afternoon, As per the subject heading, I am currently completing a CertIV - Accounting & Bookkeeping, and one of the assessment requires that I reach out to MYOB support or post on a MYOB forum with a question related to the implementation of MYOB. If anyone to could take a moment to answer my question, it would be much appreciated. Does MYOB support the Brave web browser? The list I foundhttps://help.myob.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=47581581 implies it would not be, but I was wondering if that list was up to date, as another list I found athttps://www.myob.com/au/support/accountright/system-requirements does not mention Safari and Edge are compatible, but I believe that they are. Currently working with the new MYOB update and am not a fan of the new payroll system. It is overly complicated and messy to look at, and you can't change any employee details without s**bleep**ping the entire payrun and starting from scratch which is not user friendly at all. My main issue is with the system to archive and reinstate employees. There used to just be a check box for archived employees and if you wanted to bring them back you just unchecked the box, but now that doesn't exist. @ MYOB all the helpers out there, We recently updated the super payroll categories and mistaken one of the overtime account was not exempt from super and 2 pay runs calculated the incorrect super. Our approving manager approves all timesheets each week, however because he doesn't have the ability to add in lunch breaks if an employee has forgotten to enter one, he has to make multiple phone calls to employees each week, ask them to add in their forgotten breaks, wait for them to do so, then approve their timesheets. This would be a lot easier if he could add those breaks in himself, as he is present with them and knows whether the breaks were taken or not. Hello! Very much hoping someone can assist. I'm working on reconciling bank accounts for a client, for 2021 Financial year. I've noticed some errors in Payroll processed Oct-Nov 2020. Two staff members were paid $1.00 less each week than they should have been, for 6 consecutive weeks. (Bank showing payment of $1082.00, Payroll shows $1084.00) I've gone to the Payroll reporting area, but am unable to correct STP reporting for that period, and am unsure of what journal to do in order to reconcile the account. I can't adjust the weekly wages as they're closed, and also then wouldn't balance to ATO reports...
