Myob Team Kiosk freezes when there is an AccountRight update
Myob Team Kiosk freezes when there is an AccountRight update. The only way to fix is to go to App.myob.com and update the software. It then automatically unfreezes. I am sure many users don't know about this and Myob needs to fix this glitch ASAP.Employees unable to download MYOB Team app from Google Playstore
Some of the staffs using Andriod Phone are unable to access Myob Team App. Phones where staffs having issues include Nokia X10, Samsumg Galaxy A33, Samsung Galaxy A13. They receive following error: This app isn't available for your device because it was made for older version Android. I think it's something to do with how the app is set up by MYOB in the Google Playstore. Hope this issue can be noted by MYOB and apply a fix to resolve the issue.MYOB Team Unpaid breaks
Hi we are currently in the process of testing MYOB Team and have a couple of questions:- 1. In our Roster - how do we add unpaid breaks? It seems the Roster breaks as paid. 2. Can we account for Overtime? And that is assigned to another pay rate? 3. Can we assigned the hours captured on the roster to a couple of Pay rates? eg. Base Hour and Afternoon shift loading. Thanks!
