Importing New employees
Can anyone provide advice on how to import new employees into Account Rite? I have a file mapped but MYOB is only importing personal details and nothing else.

Incorrect tax file category how to fix payruns
I have set up a new payroll for a client and one of the employees selected thw incorrect tax category when onboarding and has been over taxed. I was only notified of this after 4 payruns how do I go about correcting this. Thanks in Adavance Janelle McNair

Employee onboarding - Flare HR - Blank screen at Fair Work Australia can't progress past
We have one staff member (out of 40 new staff) who is only seeing a blank screen in the Fairwork Australia section. This is happening both online and on mobile phone. We have deleted and resent the onboarding twice with the same result.

Employee Onboarding - add details or documents
Is there a fix in myob that a field can be added/customised with the onboarding paperwork so the employee will complete as part of the original onboarding pack? Or may myob can make a field available that goes into the employees card but not to the ATO (it is information they don't need).

Flare advising No default fund
Hi Flare is advising staff via onboarding that there is no default fund. I have checked our set up and there is a default fund selected. What am I missing?

Employee Onboarding - SUPERANNUATION
Hi MYOB, Can anyone tell me what the super options are for a employee onboarding??? I have had some very confused empolyees as me qestions and I dont know what it looks like for them. Is there a way to have an EMPLOYER suggested fund for those that are looking for new superannuation funds? Thanks
