Updating Email Address for Clients in MYOB Portal
I don't understand why MYOB won't allow you to update a user's (client) email address on the Portal. (I think it's a bit inefficient to be honest, as some users are connected to multiple Portals.) Can someone please explain why this is the case? Or suggest a solution which doesn't involve creating a new user everytime a client changes their email address? Or is creating a new user the only way to go about this?How to change Employee email in Accountants Enterprise
Hi Everyone, I am currently trying to troubleshoot my inability to change email addresses for employees in Accountants Enterprise. The employee in question has been using their account for some time and is successfully linked to my.MYOB. However, under their employee record the email field displays 'Email Address Goes Here' and I cannot enter a new one. This as means that when other users attempt to send email alerts to the person in question they are told they do not have an email. I have tried re-assigning their my.MYOB email but this has not had any effect.Solved1.6KViews0likes2Comments
