CANNOT IMPORT SALES Error -25: Invalid amount.
Hi, We are attmepting to import data into a new MYOB AR file which is proving to be quite frustrating. While some files import without error, many of them are subject to "Error -25: Invalid amount." I have attempted to modify various variables/fields to no availl. I also attempted to identify how these failed imports differ from those that were successful. One potential problem cell was the 'discount field' which was filled with negative values. When removed the error message changes toError -28: Item is not sold. Please see attatched exported file, and the import log. Any solution would be gretaly appreicated.280Views0likes2CommentsImporting Sales Service Invoices with no amounts -URGENT PLEASE
I recently purchased an existing buisness (Mechanical repairs and service) where the original owner had to supply a new laptop with the company data. As we had to get a new ABN etc we had to install our own copy of MYOB and try to transfer the previous sales history. The issue we are having is we cannot transfer the invoices (3 years worth) without the sale amounts transferring over with it causing havoc in my financials. We only need the invoice information as it contains important customer history. Can someone help please.SolvedImporting Item Sales with Non Inventoried Items
Hi, I'm trying to import our sales into MyOb AccountRight in Bulk using a txt file. A very common item that needs to be included isn't an inventoried item and therefore doesn't have a location. Sales are usually a mix of this non inventoried item and inventoried items with set locations. When I try to import I'm getting an error log of "Error -226: Location ID may not be blank." I had left the location tab of the non inventoried items blank because there was no location to include. However I'm assuming that's causing the error. What do I include in the Location ID tab to ensure that these sales can be imported? Thank you!Solved624Views0likes8CommentsImporting timesheets into MYOB Payroll New Zealand
Hi there. I'm wondering if it's already possible to import timesheets into MYOB Payroll for New Zealand. There was a possibility in the past but not anymore. In case it's not possible, are you planning to make it available? Cheers, JonathanSolved811Views0likes2CommentsUpdating supplier cards through import
Hi all, I'm trying to update supplier cards in bulk however, when I import the applicable fields are not updated - (it says the import has been completed - no error in importing) If I run it through as new information it creates duplicate cards with the required information, so I assume there isn't anything wrong with the file itself. I'm matching the cards using Co./Last Name as we don't have specific Card IDs Any suggestions?-25 Invalid Amount When import Purchasing

Trying to import new products, in the same way as have been for years. The software is missing fields in the import file? Even though the S is in the correct field and I have exported a file to double check the locations, it won't import this data, and then it misses the pricing detail also. I am SO UPSET with this absolutely RUBBISH version of MYOB, no excuses it is the worst piece of software I have ever used.SolvedImporting Sales into MYOB AR 2020.2 Error code 25 if over $1000
