Import Payroll from MYOB to MYOB
I have a client who is currently running 2 cloud based AccountRight MYOB. 1 of these files only has Payroll - but I would like to merge this data to the Main MYOB so they are only running 1 MYOB.. Can i import the data including all past pay runs via the import/export tool or is there an easier way to do this?Solved1.5KViews0likes3Comments
Error Message -27 when importing transactions
I am receiving Error -27: A non-zero amount requires an account when importing some transactions into MYOB. The accounts used 1-1100, 1-2000 are both valid accounts and some other transactions work when importing into these accounts. Any help would be appreciated.Solved
-25 Invalid Amount When import Purchasing
I'm so over this program.... I have been trying to import a Purchase order and I keep on getting the -25 error amount.... I have rounded all the decimals to max 4., no empty cells. Even created a PO on MYOB exported and trying to import it again without touching anything and I got the same error over and over again.... CANNOT IMPORT NEW ITEMS
Trying to import new products, in the same way as have been for years. The software is missing fields in the import file? Even though the S is in the correct field and I have exported a file to double check the locations, it won't import this data, and then it misses the pricing detail also. I am SO UPSET with this absolutely RUBBISH version of MYOB, no excuses it is the worst piece of software I have ever used.Solved

Invoice number reset after importing separate sequence CSV
Hi there. Due to legal formatting requirements for our industry we generate some of our invoices in Excel, and would like the invoices generated in Excel to have their own number formatting i.e. The first three letters of the customer and then a sequential number we generate in Excel. (e.g. ABC00001 ) Unfortunately whenever we import a sale it resets our invoice numbers in Myob back to 00000001 for the next invoice being generated within Myob itself. Hi I am now working in a supermarket and this market has being using an old-fashioned POS system for a long time, which means I can't change the POS system. We use MYOB to record : all supplier's invoices; expenses; ect, but no sales in MYOB because it's in the POS system. However, we still can get the sales number (not detailed information) from our Bank Feeds. The tricky thing is, part of our goods are GST-free, so the GST part information is lost in this process. Hi, I'm trying to import our sales into MyOb AccountRight in Bulk using a txt file. A very common item that needs to be included isn't an inventoried item and therefore doesn't have a location. Sales are usually a mix of this non inventoried item and inventoried items with set locations. When I try to import I'm getting an error log of "Error -226: Location ID may not be blank." I had left the location tab of the non inventoried items blank because there was no location to include. However I'm assuming that's causing the error.
