red cross on invoices and quotes
Hi, I’ve been having issues for over 6 months now with a diagonal red line appearing on my invoices and quotes that are attached to customers invoices. I’ve had my last 8 customers all come back saying they can’t access their invoices. Please sort out this problem. By the looks lots of people are experiencing this and we shouldn’t need to be sending out sorry emails explaining that a product we pay for isn’t working properly. ThanksMYOB Business Errors
Having multiple issues with MYOB Business AU browser, missing transactions not showing under accounts even though they've been entered five or six times now. No live chat available just ends and restarts conversation no matter what you put. Super concerning to have this many glitches/bugs and errors for a subscription that increases their cost all the time.
Preparing Draft Pay Runs in advance
Hi - we are going overseas for a few weeks and would like to draft five (5) pay runs in advance so that I do not have to spend too much time on this while overseas. I would like to only have to "process" each pay run? From what I can see it appears that I can only have one draft pay run at a time. Am I missing something???
