Simple Report To Show Cash Status
Can we add the following report type to MYOB Business Pro: Combine the following: 1) Unpaid invoices 2) Unpaid bills 3) Future recurring transactions And sorts all this simply (each row is a single transaction) and exports in a CSV format, ordered by Due Date? It would be great if the title of the system-generated email in respect of the above which MYOB sends out could be edited the same as the reminder email titles can be. At the moment they are sent out with the subject line "Your new statement from... *Company name*" which leads to me receiving replies from customers asking why they have been sent a link (which doesn't always work for them) and not a .pdf copy of their statement. The unpaid invoice summary is a great initiative but the title the email is being sent under is confusing and I for one would appreciate being able to change it. Have a happy day! I asked the question … “Is there a way that I can just download "all" transactions that have been entered or uploaded into MYBO (Business Lite) as a csv file. I don't want these summarised or grouped in anyway, just the raw data” I got advised that this is not currently a function of myob I find this extremely hard to believe … there are functions to customise reports , why are these not available for all data, across all transactions, and all fields stored in myob. When I raised this question, even the myob Moderator suggested this would make life a lot easier .. so why is it that this function is not available. Does anyone else think it would be useful ? There is a filter on the coding report that allows the selection of categories. This works for filtering header records only, and "category" simply relates to the header accounts shown in the report. What would be more useful is an ability to filter the selected accounts' detail records by category as well, so I can determine which category transactions for an account were allocated to. this would allow, for example, to filter transactions on my main bank account that were allocated to owner/shareholder drawings, insurance, vehicle maintenance, or any other category for that matter. This seems as if it might have been the original intention of the report when considering the column headings, but category filtering was not included for the detail records, only for the header records. Hello MYOB Developers, I have attempted to setup a 'Library' of Report Packs to suit my client's various needs. In doing so I firstly created a number of different Custom Reports, for example; Annual Profit and Loss, Quarterly profit and loss, Quarterly profit and loss with last year, etc... When a custom report is created you nominate a name for the report (which must be unique) and a description which does not need to be unique. Upon creating all these different PnL reports I have given each a name that has a meaning to me and is unique. In the description field, I have simply entered Profit and Loss Report. When these reports are included in a Report Pack, they should be using the Description field for the Table of Contents - not the report name as that is the description of the report. While I am on this subject, any files that are imported into a report shows in the Table of Contents as it's file name. This should be editable so that it is meaningful to the client reading the reports rather than simply 'FineName.pdf" which is very unprofessional. There is no way to customise or at least have the reports listed as "Favorites" display an an organized manner. It appears the reports appear in the order they have been added as favourites which makes them different across every file as they get added in at different times. An enhancement should be introduced to list them in alphabetical order so they are all ordered the same across all MYOB files given the generic name of the reports. A further enhancement would to have the favourite reports be shown when you hover over the menu item Favourite Reports. Wanting a report similar to the P&L that allows a view of each months spend with a particular supplier or suppliers. Currently the supplier purchases report can only generate a view within a specified date range, therefore I'm having to enter the date range of each month to generate the amount, manually record the value, then set the next months date range.
