Move Item report
It would be fantastic if we could have a actual report for when we move stock items within our locations Its great that we can actually move stocks to various locations but we also need a traceability report so we can have on record - what items, qty, user ID of whom moved the items - its very well the admin can move the items but we have nothing to forward the warehouse to physically move the items within our locations I know in the older "enterprise" version this was available but it has not been implemented in the AccountRight premier version Its a very vital part of multi location businessesJob Costing - including Time Billing
Hi there Is it possible to build a report for full Job Costing that combines the Job Activity Detail Report (Invoicing and Materials) under the Accounts/Job menu and the Activity Slip (Job Detail) Report under Time Billing menu? Am currently running these two reports to excel and combining the information, but this is time consuming. Regards, AndreaPayroll Summary Report - Enhancements
This report would be incredibly more useful if we could filter by employee, or even by job number. I'm pretty sure it's the only report that shows the number of hours for each category instead of the dollar value. (Happy to be proven wrong - I could have used such a report several times this week already.)76Views0likes4CommentsGrouping Custom Reports
My list of custom reports is getting longer and longer. I would really like to be able to group them, in the same way the standard in-built reports have sub groups. If there was a simple way to rename them, instead of having to open, save as and then go back to delete the original one, that would a start. Then I could rename all the ones I use for BAS prep as BAS X, BAS Y, BAS Z etc so they're together in the list. Or all the EOM reports together. If I could categorise or group them, that would be even better so their names don't have to be longer. Grouping would also potentially make it easier to customise access for other users. I'd like to use my own customised group headings though too, and not have reports that started as standard payroll reports (for example), automatically added to a payroll group. I would probably even save a copy of some of the standard reports into the custom report list so that I don't have to jump in and out of the different sections as often. For clarity, I'm using the desktop version.Customizable Reports
MYOB need to make reports more customizable as the ones they currently have are very basic & time consuming. We used to use Reckon accounts and the flexibility of their reports were awesome. We had certain reports that you could just setup and they would automatically update when you opened them, none of this having to manually change date ranges etc. Saved a lot of time and frustration.Sales Invoice Report with both due date and paid/closed date
Hi, There are a lot of sales reports but neither I nor the live chat support team, were able to find one that allowed me to modify it so both due date and closed date could be shown on the same report. Some reports allowed the due date, others allowed the paid/closed date but none of them allow both. My boss wants me to report on the average number of days overdue our overdue invoices go. I can get the daily snapshot from the to do list but again, if I 'print' the list to export it, the number of days overdue column disappears anyway, so I have to manually type the numbers into excel/calculator. But if I forget one day, then the data is gone. The report isn't back-date-able. I know I can also add a 'days to pay' column on some reports but I couldn't find any where I could get the due date as well to even do a calculation of overdue days. Since different customers have different payment terms, the number of days to pay is a useless stat for this purpose. Very happy to be proven wrong if this feature already exists. I don't even need the value of the invoices, just the difference between due date and paid date. I looked at both the desktop and browser versions of AccountRight.154Views4likes3CommentsAdditional Filter categories for Reports
The Fields options really needs to be expanded if possible as it greatly restricts the flexibility of custom reports. eg. I would like to add the Terms as a heading in my Accounts recievable and Payable reports as some companies have 7, 21 days etc or for receivables this would be a simple way of ensuring customers have the correct terms in their card files and can be easily monitored each month as new customers are loaded in the system. With the amount of data that MYOB holds its reports system is quite inflexible really?Quick access toolbar in reports - Save settings
Hi, I recently discovered that I can add "export to excel" or "email PDF" to the quick access menu when running reports. Yay, finally a positive point for MYOB. Yet, to my dismay, it turns out it doesn't stay there once I close the report. Boohoo. What's the point? Please change this so that if I add something to the quick access toolbar, it stays there! I even tried saving the report as a custom report with it already added to the toolbar but that didn't save it either. Soooo much potential. And if you're making that change, could you please make a way to differentiate between the export to excel and send as excel icons, and export to pdf and send as pdf icons? The two icons are identical, and there is no hover message to say what they are.
