Waiting on Hold for 3hrs+
Has anyone had this issue? Last week unfortunately I had some issues to resolve and had to spend this time on hold. This MYOB is asking for very pesonal information eg drivers licences, passport, banking statements & SMSF Trust deed that is certified. Has anyone had or having this issue? I've partly submitted some of my ID to complete the verification process but then received an email requesting even more IDs. It stopped short of enquiring as to the colour of my underwear. What if I'm a Scotsman, laddie? Och! I've since searched the forum and unsurprisingly others have vented their ire at this verification nonsense. I shan't be going any further with the process and I expect that it will not affect the functionality of our MYOB. Otherwise I will be very much displeased and will be very cross with MYOB. Stop these nonsensical so-called 'upgrades' and instead implement the sensible suggestions being made by your customers that will genuinely improve MYOB products.122Views1like5CommentsVerification
I recently went through the process of verification for my business, including an upload of the Trust Deed, through the web app. The next day, I received an email saying I need to upload the Trust Deed via a secure link which was provided in the email. When I check through the web app, there is no notification for this request. At a glance, this appears to be a phishing type attack, so I submitted a support request asking for verification that this email is legitimate. This request was submitted 3 days ago, and has had no response. Am I going to hear back before the deadline set by MYOB? Am I expected to click on a "secure link" and upload sensitive documents, instead of doing this through the portal?89Views0likes1CommentPraise for Sean
Trying to get the payroll to balance to the payroll verification report and coming up against a number of challenges. It certainly highlighted some gaps in my understanding of what can go wrong. I finally got on to the right person who told me the difference was caused by some inactive employees. I reinstated those and ran a final paycheque and it fixed the issue.
