Waiting on Hold for 3hrs+

Has anyone had this issue? Last week unfortunately I had some issues to resolve and had to spend this time on hold. 

This MYOB is asking for very pesonal information eg drivers licences, passport, banking statements & SMSF Trust deed that is certified.

Has anyone had or having this issue?

Not happy customer

    Sorry you’ve had such a rough time with this. I can understand why you’d be unhappy after being on hold that long.

     

    The verification process can sometimes involve requests for personal or business documents, but because this is account-specific it’s not something we can properly sort through here on the forum.

     

    If the phone lines are taking too long, you can also create a support ticket through My Account or connect with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
