No Response MYOB on hold

Is anyone having issues contacting MYOB....... yesterday on hold 2 hours " twice "  no response...same as online and because I use account right they say I have a priority and jumped to the top of the queue....well the queue must be all of Australia as I just spend 3 hours 24 minutes on hold and still no answer !!!!!!!  now I am waiting live chat again and no response.......

    MYOB are swamped because of the poor timing and planning of their changeover to online processing with subscription. If you are on an offline version and don't need online services such as payroll or live bank feeds then say which version you are on and you can find out how to stay on your version.

  • YEEESSSS – very frustrating. I've been on hold last week, yesterday for hours.  You would think that with the increased demand in June, particularly leading into EOFY, they would extend their operating hours or allocate additional resources to help manage the volume of requests.

    Hi everyone. 

    We know that call wait times have been much longer than usual, being unable to reach us to get help with this change has not been acceptable, and we’re sorry for that.

    We’ve heard your feedback and worked hard on improvements in this release to support your file moving online, regardless of whether you already have a subscription or need to purchase one - this means you can navigate the change without needing to call us.

    These changes will be visible when you open up AccountRight from the morning of the 18th of June.

    Hi Amanda, I have been on hold, requested phone back etc and nothing! I need to cancel my payrol subscription and can only do that via the phone- you have no option to do this online, and now I just got another bill for another month! I need to purchase a Lite version with the option for payrol for one, this is to replace my account right offline version. If you don't answer the phone, and never return calls you chouldn't be charging me for a service I am not wanting to use, can someone please fix this. Nigel Andrews
