Hi Amanda, I have been on hold, requested phone back etc and nothing! I need to cancel my payrol subscription and can only do that via the phone- you have no option to do this online, and now I just got another bill for another month! I need to purchase a Lite version with the option for payrol for one, this is to replace my account right offline version. If you don't answer the phone, and never return calls you chouldn't be charging me for a service I am not wanting to use, can someone please fix this. Nigel Andrews
