Well, MYOB certainly are showing their hand.
Removing the negative feedback regarding Secure Invoicing under the guise of Archiving it.
It's the next best thing to consorship rebranded as doing everyone a favour.
I think this tells us that MYOB have no intention of backing down on this.
They are trying to divide users and hide the true extent of the dissatisfaction of this policy.
Mike has been put in a difficult position and is following orders.
Isnt that right Mike?
I think you might have a case against MYOB for a toxic work environment.
Watch.... They will shut this comment down too. Smells like trouble.
IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THESE INVOICING CHANGES I URGE YOU TO CALL MYOB AND LET THEM KNOW. We have just been locked out of invoicing. We rang MYOB and they reinstated our invoicing for 7 days only saying that we had no option but to complete the verification for the invoicing upgrade. We do not want to be part of this upgrade anymore and ask for the application to be deleted and were told that this couldn't happen and we would be locked out of invoicing in 7 days. We said we just want things to stay the way they are, just what we are paying our subscription for. It should be our choice how we invoice. We are not interested in taking online payments. We also asked for an email confirmation of our 30 minute phone call and some half an hour later have received nothing. We also asked to be connected to the complaints department and was told there wasn't one.

Hi Bunker1 , i recommend you have a read of this post here where I have summarised as much of the change possible
Much of what you have mentioned is correct. If you need more time to complete verification, then our team can help to process an extension to give you more time.
It is also correct that if you do not verify, things will not be the same as they are now. To continue utilising the MYOB platform for secure distribution of your invoices, we are asking businesses to complete verification.
It is not correct however that we dont have a complaints department. Im sorry that this was advised to you as it is incorrect.
Jo has provided the correct advice below, you can contact our complaints team by emailing feedback@myob.comRegards, Mike

Please understand we are not going to supply you with this confidential information in order for MYOB to force us into the online payments, that MYOB profit from. Fix this.
Please display these comments, don't archive this... I have not seen one post or enquiry that is in favour of this... Please don't tell us to call MYOB to discuss. We have all wasted so much time already on this, without waiting in line to talk to someone for an hours - or more. You are an accounting programme, we must be able/allowed to email invoices to our customers, and decide what payment methods we want to allow.
