I want to delete an invoice but the Ai answer says there should be a delete option when I click on an invoice 3 dots and there is no option presented to me....only to refund payment or in my case of creating an invoice with no payment received I have no option to delete or refund. I am not in Australia, and not using Solo anymore.MYOB SoLo does not allow user to delete account, it doesn't make sense. It is almost impossible to contact MYOB, no customer service to email and close account. My credit card is close but still getting charged as credit on Solo account. One of my customers paid an invoice online and I had opted for them to pay the credit card surcharge. However she is unable to reconcile as her invoice doesn’t show the card fee of 1.8%. Hi, for two days now I have been unable to sign in to the myob solo app. It does the whole looging in thinking thing and then just rebounds back to the sign in page. The email and pw used are 100% correct. This is NOT a user issue. This has been an ongoing problem for months, however it usually let's me back in after a few attempts, however this time it has gone on for days and it is now negatively impacting my ability to actually run my business. I cannot access my money, take payments, send invoices - nothing. I have even tried fixing it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app - yet it persists. Im a sole trader/driver. Can the support team please explain how to set up and automate our business percentage use against our expenses in the app. I initially imagined that when the bank feeds arrived, it would automatically adjust the % on each expense transaction, except income. Hi Team, I just signed up today with Solo MYOB and honestly got pretty excited to try all the features. But I can’t figure out how to use the same invoice templates for every clients without having to manually edit them. For example the payment due date set to “due on the day” for every invoice, and notes editing, explaining how to send payment by bank transfer using the correct invoice number. The last invoice app I used did have those automatic features which was a breeze but still lacked in other ways. I would appreciate any feedback on the matter. Hi, I just signed up for MYOB solo today as the previous app was using just had a substantial price hike. I have been playing around with the invoicing to see if it will be appropriate for my business and noticed that I don’t seem to be able to add credits or discounts. Is there any way around this other than just reducing the item amount? It’s really important that I be able to add credits as a separate item and if I can’t do this then it renders this platform useless to me. Happy New Year, guys! I have been using Solo since the start of this FY and loving it so far. This morning though, I tried using the business debit card and it says it is blocked. I want to remove daily email limit. Have called, used moca several times, emailed etc and all I get is, Solo is outside of their scope and redirect to somewhere else. I am going in circles and wasting hours. My understanding is this needs to be removed at the backend by MYOB but verbal or written confimation is required to check emails and ensure not spam etc....but no-one will give me a direct phone or link to someone that is an actual person that can do this for me.
