Duplicate an Existing Ledger

Question

I have tried to duplicate and rollover a client's MAS4 and AST today in Reporter. MAS4 went ok but when I went to duplicate the clients ledger from 2020 i received this error: "The selected ledger cannot be used in its current state. Please open this ledger using the latest version of MYOB Assets to upgrade its data structure".

I was able to do the process yesterday for several clients and we have had no changes to our systems overnight that may cause this problem

Has anyone else had this issue or can offer a fix?

I understand that you have since been contacted by our Practice Support Team in relation to that. From the notes, I can see that you have had Help Article:&nbsp;Issues after updating Assets 2.4.7&nbsp;issued out in regards to that one.
