Duplicated busienss

As a student doing trial iI have accidently duplicated my business.Please advise how I can delete one on the businesses

  • Hi harpo,

    The other reason that might be causing this issue could be related to the way the template is set up. Please check the template and change it to "Services and Items." You can refer to the screenshot attached for guidance.

    Hi harpo,

     

    If you accidentally duplicate your business, you can cancel it from the MyAccount window. Make sure to check the serial numbers of both businesses to avoid cancelling the wrong one.

     

    Feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.

      Hello, Thank you for response. I cannot see where in my Account to delete one account.

        Hi harpo,

         

        To cancel your account, you'll need to click on "Manage Product" and then click on "Cancel Subscription." For more information, check out this link.

    Thank you.I have come across an issue re GST calculations and do not know why it is not calculating 10%.

    I have seen my mistake with that one .but htis one I do not understand.GST is not shwowing as 10%

      Hi harpo , in the screenshot, the tax-inclusive flag is selected, so the line values are displayed inclusive of GST. If you select the tax-exclusive option, the lines total will be $824.16, and the GST is correct at $82.42.
