Duplicated busienss

As a student doing trial iI have accidently duplicated my business.Please advise how I can delete one on the businesses

    Hi harpo,

    The other reason that might be causing this issue could be related to the way the template is set up. Please check the template and change it to "Services and Items." You can refer to the screenshot attached for guidance.

Hi harpo,

 

If you cancel one of your trial accounts, it won't cancel all your accounts. Just make sure you're canceling the duplicate one. If you need further assistance on canceling your trial account, you can reach out to our support team directly. You can directly call them or use one of the various support options here.

Helo,

 Thank you. I do have another query please. I am supposed to download my MYOB business transactions assessment I completed in a PDF format so that I can upload to my uni moodle  account. I tried to export but it does not seem to suggest all data and the pdf format is not an option.

    Hi harpo,

     

    If you are referring to exporting reports, there are options to filter them by dates and export them either as an Excel file or a PDF file. You can find more details and steps in this link.

      Hello Thank you.I have come across anothe rissue and do not understand what is wrong.Hoping for some help please.

      When I try to create an invoice the item ID column is not showing
