Editing User Accounts in System Release

Question

Hi all,&nbsp;We recently had a staff member change name due to marriage. Can we just edit their current user account in System Release? Or are we required to create a new one? Thanks.&nbsp;

You can modify the name in System Release, although I would recommend leaving the user code as it is. If you change the user code, it will have flow on effects with accessing the software, both in System Release, and Accountants Office.
