Manually entering bank statements - Error

Question

Hi, I've been entering manually bank statements into the client accounting AE ledger cashbook - and midway through this process there was an error response : "Oh snap! Something went wrong. Please try again".

It has stopped me from continuing on entering the transactions. Would appreciate next step?

My apologies for the late reply.
&nbsp;
The timing of your request matches the time when AE Ledger Cashbook had an outage when network connection was lost.
&nbsp;
This was restored the next day.
&nbsp;
The next step would be to try again at a later date.
