MEDICARE M1 AND M2 does not work

Hi there

I am using AO Tax 2025 for the first time to do a tax return for an individual client for the 2024 - 2025 FY (financial year).

Unfortunately, when I come to the Medicare section, none of the buttons work in that section. So for example if I click on the Y button which is for the number of dependent children or student, the window to type in those information does not come up. It just stays in the Medicare screen. The same outcome is happening under M2 when clicking on the E button.

Because I cannot get the M2 E window to pop up (or M1 - E) this prevents me from entering any details associated with the tax payer's spouse. Even under the Spouse Details section, I cannot bring up the Spouse details screen when clicking on the K button.

I need help with these 3 issues please.
